Michelle Cicilia, known by her stage name TOKIO, is a DJ from Manado who began her career in 2020 at Liquid Manado. Her talent quickly caught the attention of HW Group, leading her to become a resident DJ at Gold Dragon Manado.

In 2023, her growing reputation earned her a promotion to Jakarta, where she joined Halos Entertainment as one of their rising talents under the management of HW Group.
